AIRPORT RAIL LINK
The Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link (SARL or ARL for short) provides speedy rail service from the airport to central Bangkok. City Line commuter trains stop at eight stations. Hourly Express trains go non stop to Makkasan.

On weekends and holidays, trains run every 20 minutes starting at 05:52. The last train leaves at 00:12. Many stations are handy to areas where travelers tend to
stay, for instance Ratchaprarop is near Pratunam, Makkasan is not far by
taxi from Lower Sukhumvit and Ramkhamhaeng is a 10 minute (60 baht)
taxi ride from Thonglor and Ekamai. At Makkasan you can change to the
MRT (subway underground) via a walkway. At Phaya Thai a ramp leads
to the BTS Skytrain, giving you access to a large part of the city byAlthough the City Line is a commuter train, it is
used heavily by both locals and tourists, with all their luggage, to get
to and from the airport. There is adequate space on the cars for
luggage to stand, although no dedicated luggage racks as in the ExpressThe ARL Airport Express trains go only once an hour, non stop to Makkasan depart at every full hour, from 06:00 to midnight, and take only 15 minutes. Timetable here. Express service to Phaya Thai is being suspended for one year due to “rail car maintenance.” Service is due to resume in April 2015.
Thefare for the Airport Express (Suvarnabhumi to Makkasan) is a flat rate of 150 baht. From Makkasan you can get a taxi to your final destination, or take the walkway to the Petchuburi MRT (subway underground) station.
The Airport Express has dedicated luggage racks and tends to be
underused, meaning cars can be almost empty and there are usually lots
of seats.
ADVICE: Just take the next train due to leave,
cards against humanity cards list. Don’t wait around for an hour for an Express Train.
To take the ARL train from Suvarnabhumi Airport,
cards for humanity game, head down by elevator or escalator to the lowest level. You can purchase a token in a machine or at the ticket booth. The machines give change.
